I am Alison Hypher and after a thorough training I was awarded the coveted Blue Badge by both the West Country Tourist Board (in 1987) and the Wales Tourist Board (in 1993).

Having lived in Germany (Bevenrode and Owingen) for twelve years I have returned to my home country. Whilst in Germany I taught English and since returning to Britain have worked in office environments - principally in the finance departments.

Now I take satisfaction from helping visitors explore and understand the heritage, culture and history of the nations within the British Isles.
